What is iMindTime?


Through the My Digital Health platform, we are currently running an randomised controlled evaluation trial of the iMindTime digital health program. People 18 years of age and over are able to sign up. Signing up involves creating a My Digital Health account (if you do not currently have one), providing your consent to participate in the iMindTime study, and completing several pre-program questionnaires. The program provides you with a range of different mindfulness exercises to try out over 6 brief sessions. The mindfulness exercises explored are:


  • Mindfulness of Breath
  • Mindfulness of Body Sensations
  • Mindfulness of Emotions
  • Mindfulness of Sound
  • Mindfulness of Thoughts
  • Loving Kindness Meditation
